If you’re on a budget and want great value, this hotel is hard to beat; it has all the essentials at a very good price. We booked three nights but stayed seven, which says it all. The 5‑star rating should be seen in the context of a budget stay. Our room was spacious and genuinely clean—no dust in corners or hidden spots—and housekeeping can be done daily if you wish. It also has a safe and a fridge, which are very convenient. The bed is a standard double; the mattress isn’t the best, but it’s comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning works well, the Wi‑Fi is strong, and the tinted curtains keep the room dark in the morning if you want to sleep in. Noise is manageable, as the rooms are set slightly back from the main road, depending on where you’re located. The location is another big plus: you’re surrounded by restaurants, bars, and coffee shops right on your doorstep, with plenty of great options starting from the nearby Sushi Nikko. The beach is just down the street—about a five‑minute walk, if not less. The owner is a friendly and helpful lady who is always available to assist with any needs or requests. Overall, if you’re travelling on a budget, this is a very solid choice. The tap water isn’t particularly clean, but this is a common issue in seaside areas; it’s best to use bottled water for brushing your teeth and, of course, avoid drinking it.

The hotel is very cozy and clean, with friendly and polite staff. The room is cleaned daily and they provide two bottles of water. There’s a safe, fridge, fan, and air‑conditioner in the room, plus a hairdryer and all the usual shower essentials. A microwave is available in the corridor if you need to heat something. At the entrance there’s a travel agency; we took a tour to Similan and a scenic island walk, and I highly recommend booking the tour through the hotel since everything is within walking distance. I’ll definitely come back.
