The hotel feels like a beautiful home that’s been turned into a boutique hotel. The facilities are great, but especially the receptionist Martha—she’s excellent and makes you feel more like family than a hotel guest. This is my second time staying here on trips to Tepatitlán. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the city center; everything and all businesses are nearby. The hotel is superb, right in the heart of the city where you can find all the attractive tourist spots and services. The hotel services are high quality, but above all, Martha’s attention and service make staying here feel like home. Thank you so much, Martha, for everything.

The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the room with good quality.
