The room was clean, a bit cramped under the roof, but fine for one night; there was some street noise on the main road, the breakfast had a small but adequate selection, but there was almost no coffee at breakfast, the coffee machine in the breakfast room was probably limescale‑damaged or broken, delivering very little coffee to guests; only after repeated requests did the coffee finally get served, and the bikes parked in the hallway left a bad impression.

The owner’s attitude towards guests was absolutely wonderful; she happily answered questions about local attractions, always had a smile, was relaxed, and we simply thank her :-D

The accommodation was lovingly designed, very clean and well kept, and the breakfast was good. Traffic noise was present with the window open.

The breakfast was very well prepared and very extensive, but the coffee was quite cold, as if the warming plate on the coffee machine didn't stay hot long enough. Both the owner and the younger staff were super friendly and you can ask them anything. A few minor issues: the fruit juices were almost empty and had a thick layer of sediment underneath; the box hadn't been shaken before, so only the sediment remained. One staff member was wearing a jogging pants, which I thought was a bit odd for service staff, though maybe that's just a trend among young people. The air conditioning in the room was off during the hot summer.
