“cute quirky place in a lovely part of Lisbon”
The outdoor garden was fantastic and the spot was great, plus the vibe was friendly. The bed felt comfy, and breakfast hit the mark, especially the bread and the chia pudding loaded with toppings, and that ginger water was a hit. Inês at the front desk was genuinely sweet. On the downside, my room, graça, was a bit dark compared to other rooms that seemed brighter. The space felt crowded with too much furniture and decor, and I had to shift a pink fur chair just to get through the door 😂. If you lean toward minimalism, this might not suit you—it's a mix of charming and chaotic. Some days the fruit at breakfast was mushy, which isn’t a huge problem, but a cart for finished dishes would help avoid the awkward moments of either handing used dishes to staff or leaving them on a random table. I’ve stayed everywhere from 5‑star hotels to hostels and never seen this issue. When I was unsure about the oddness of it at first, Liuba told me to “relax,” which felt a bit rude.
