The room was spotless, well cared for and equipped with everything needed for the stay. The whirlpool tub was exactly as in the photos: large, comfortable and definitely a bonus. We also really liked being able to park for free right next to the building, which let us worry nothing about the car. The location is truly excellent: in just 5‑6 minutes by car we easily reached the historic centre of Perugia. The area is quiet and the accommodation proved very convenient for moving around. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Recommended!

Nice room and good location. Great whirlpool tub. Unfortunately the air‑conditioner started leaking water in the middle of the night and we had to patch it as best we could. When we requested a partial refund for the damage, we were told no because they make little profit. Luckily they refunded us through Booking.
