We didn't pay for breakfast. The location isn’t perfect, but it’s not far from Timișoara—about 10 km, so a quick drive, and it didn’t bother us. The heating kept turning on and off, and there were no glasses.

I was impressed by how smooth everything went; the host even answered my messages late at night, and the place was spotless and comfortable. I’ll definitely return for my next trip to Timisoara. Nothing else to add.
A great place to stay for a one‑night trip on a motorcycle.
“Very good place to stay for a few days”
Gated parking worked well for my motorcycle, and the owners were very understanding about my arrival after midnight. The room was excellent with basic facilities and very good Wi‑Fi. The view from the window was minimal, but we didn’t bother looking outside. The bed was comfortable, though not fancy, and the shower was excellent. There’s a shared kitchen outside, and a pizza place right next to the property that looked promising though I didn’t try it. The place is very close to Timișoara’s border and can be reached by Uber, a good alternative for staying in the city. Sound isolation toward the hall could be better; nothing disturbing, but you could hear people if they were active.
