“Mimo wszystko udany .”
The breakfast was huge and delicious, the hotel itself massive, and the location superb with beautiful scenery and a ski lift right next door in winter; the staff were outstanding, especially the mineral‑water hall in the centre, and at reception Justyna (if I recall the name correctly) handled guest interactions with great professionalism, as did the manager—a friendly blonde lady. All in all, the resort is worth a visit, though I’d probably wait a year until the construction next door finishes and choose a bedroom with a window, which is possible now but would be better in a quieter wing away from the building site. Still, I left with mixed feelings because we were assigned a bedroom without a window—something we hadn’t been told about—and despite the excellent beds and mattresses, my wife and I couldn’t sleep in that “coffin‑like” room, so we ended up sleeping on the sofa. Early in the morning (around 6:30‑7:00) construction noise from a large project started on the neighboring plot. When we raised these issues, the staff responded courteously, waived the dog fee (four nights at 80 zł each, totalling 320 zł), and even sent a waiter from the restaurant with a bottle of Prosecco to our room. In short, the team did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable despite the inconveniences, and we’re grateful for that.
