It worked as a one‑night stopover, but parking was very limited and we had to find street parking nearby. The room felt cramped. The warning about extra charges if the room wasn’t left clean or if tea/coffee was taken was off‑putting. The motel is tucked away from a main street and a bit tricky to find.

The host was extremely accommodating because our stay had to accommodate a visit to my mother in the hospital and we didn’t know how long it would last. There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like; everything we needed was there, close to major shopping centres, restaurants, and a nice place to put your head down.
