Everything was perfect! Every staff member greeted us warmly, with Richard I standing out as the friendliest. This was our second stay at the hotel, and it was beautiful, well-equipped, and well‑maintained. It’s an ideal base for exploring Waikiki or Oahu, and we’ll definitely come back.

The hotel feels brand new and modern, everything is fresh and clean. Every floor has water stations, sunscreen is provided, and the lobby offers complimentary coffee. The lobby staff, especially Richard I and the rest of the team, were always friendly and cheerful when we left for the day, and they were very helpful.

The room was spacious and the renovation quality was good. The gym had limited equipment, the pool was small, and the pool chairs were old.

The location is excellent, the equipment is modern, the staff are very friendly, and everything is clean and tidy. Parking at the hotel is relatively expensive.
