The spot’s location is ideal for getting around Milan. The air‑conditioner didn’t cool enough, and the mattress and pillows were very old.

The area and breakfast were fine. The air‑conditioner was noisy and under‑powered, towels smelled damp, and the room needed a thorough clean and fresh paint.

I liked the location; it’s close to the metro and tram, making it easy to reach the city center. The apartment is very cozy and clean. I recommend it.

The spot is perfect, just a few steps from the canal and all the nightlife around it. The host was incredibly kind and sweet, and there’s a cat that roams the property—great touch. It really felt like I was at Nonna’s house, from the quilted décor to the food and care they provide, giving a genuinely Italian vibe if that’s what you’re after. The air conditioning was very weak, and the place isn’t the most modern, but that old‑school feel adds to its charm.
