The room was charming and spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bus stop was just a few minutes away. There are places nearby where you can eat. The shower and kitchen counter were full of limescale, the bathroom foam was almost empty, and the soap dispenser was stretched out with water.

The location is great and lets you meet locals; the center station is a 10‑minute walk by metro. Be sure to try Gelato Lubrano on the side street. The bathroom is awful, water keeps leaking, the towels weren’t clean and were stained, the electrical system made noise, and some bulbs blew.

The proximity to Tiburtina station is a plus. The lack of cleaning was terrible: the duvet cover had hair, there were hairs and dust on the floor and bedside tables, and the bathroom was horrible—every shower flooded water all the way out into the corridor.

Comfort and good value. The room’s cleaning left something to be desired and the stove wasn’t working.
