The Signature Hoi An

“Exceptional stay, impeccable service, and a place I can’t wait to return to.”

This was my third visit to Hoi An, but my mum’s first, so picking a place that would make her fall in love with the city was especially important. I’m thrilled I chose this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and welcoming. We were kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was simply stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, immaculate, and wonderfully new. It felt like the perfect place to slow down and truly enjoy Hoi An. I had such a special stay that I’ve already decided I want to come back. In fact, this hotel has become my new dream stay in Hoi An. 🤍

“Great location, staff and room”

The location is great—right by all the evening restaurants and bars, yet very quiet. The breakfast offered a great selection. The staff—especially Huy—were always helpful and checked in on how we were.

The hotel sits in the ideal spot for the Old Town, the rooms are lovely, breakfast is really good, and the pool is fantastic. The real highlight is the staff; I’ve never met a more welcoming and helpful team anywhere in the world. A special shout‑out to HUY at the front desk—what an amazing guy, the hotel should be proud to have someone of his caliber on staff.
