The room was spacious, fully equipped, and spotless, but the hotel was a bit slow in sending us the access link, so we found the gates locked and had no clear entry point when we arrived; they finally sent a working link on our second night.
The place was okay, but everything else was bad.
It’s cheap, the bus is easy to reach, and the owner is friendly and helpful, but the fridge space and kitchen gear are very limited.

The room was fine, but the shower drain was clogged and the cover was dirty, the toilet tank refilled very slowly so the second person couldn’t flush after the first, the fridge was dirty and frosted, and with all those issues the nightly rate felt too high.
It’s a bit far from the nightlife, which lets you sleep well, yet close enough to all attractions, making it a solid base for those who want a simple spot at a great price—worth considering and recommended! I’d just tidy up the garden a bit; it’s a shame it’s not more polished.
