The room was comfortable, fully equipped, and styled in a modern way; access to the house is simple; there is internal parking (not very large, but I had no trouble finding a spot). The bathroom is very large and clean, with three or four towels available. The bar fridge offers bottled water, milk, and other drinks. Great value for money. It is an apartment with three or four rooms (each with its own bathroom), so essentially you share a house with others, having your own room (this didn’t cause any inconvenience, either in terms of space or the privacy of other occupants). Breakfast could be improved (few packaged snacks, coffee pods, and tea sachets; it could be better). In the room there was a strange odor, probably from the external veranda’s finish.

The place was fine, but the cleanliness left something to be desired; there was only one large towel for both guests, and spider webs were found in the shower.
