The room was comfortable and roomy enough for one person, we asked for a double bed; cleanliness was excellent; breakfast offered many repeatable options; the location was great with a metro stop at the corner and plenty of restaurants, gelato shops, and cafés on Vía Cavour; the only downside was the staircase to access it, but a kind neighbor helped me up when I arrived and Juan kindly lowered it when I left.

The location was excellent; the bathroom was cramped and in need of renovation, the room had annoying noise from adjacent rooms, the walls seemed uninsulated, the pillows were old, and the sheets were small.

The service was always very friendly and efficient, even remotely; the access instructions were clear and quick; the room was comfortable with a good quality bathroom and excellent air conditioning; it was quiet; they kindly offered water and sparkling water in the mini‑fridge at no extra cost; breakfast was pleasant with self‑service, juice and yogurt in the fridge, eggs and a cooking machine, croissants and other breads, a Lavazza coffee machine, toast, butter, cereals and jam; overall, it’s a lean but efficient setup; the location is great, within walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, metro, bus stop, Termini station (watch the slope from hotel to station), restaurants, convenience stores, and markets. The only drawback is not a hotel feature but a common trait of buildings in the old part of town: no elevator from ground to the destination floor; you have to climb stairs first, then take a small elevator, which is a bigger effort for those with heavy luggage.
