The staff were incredibly helpful and the spot is perfect for getting around town. The rooms and public areas are modern and spotless, which really impressed me. The only gripe was the Wi‑Fi, which was pretty unreliable.

Easy access, but the room was a disappointment: dark, walls dirty, bad hallway smell, windows high up giving a claustrophobic feel, no lights on the street so I didn't notice they were open, rain soaked the bed and my clothes. Luckily I contacted the host, asked for a room change to the main lodge, Cantinho da Montanha, she was kind but I had to pay the price difference. If you’re out all day and just need a bed, it’s cheap enough, but if it rains and you’re stuck inside, it’s not worth it. Cantinho has simple rooms that I found better and it offers breakfast, which made it more worthwhile.
