The party was beautiful with a spacious bedroom, bathroom, and common areas. The backyard and swimming pool were perfect for the family. The only feedback is that more fresh fruit should be provided at breakfast; we were a large family and the quantity was limited, and when we asked for more, they said no.

Everything was great, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the pool was clean and excellent, and the price‑quality ratio was good. One room had a very loud air‑conditioner that made it hard to rest at night. The host offers a free driver service in the vicinity but gives no further details, so don't assume it’s available; ask a few hours in advance. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The whole team at Villa Umadahayu delivered exceptional service throughout our stay. A special thanks to Wayan, housekeeping, and the groundsman for keeping the property in excellent condition. Daily breakfasts were delicious and no request was ever too much trouble. The team truly made us feel welcome; we had a wonderful stay and didn’t want to leave.

The villa staff were excellent and very responsive. Whenever we had a request or a question, they always tried to accommodate us. The villa offers many great spaces to relax, such as a billiards/table‑tennis room, a large TV room, and a spacious dining/living area. The breakfast was not the best, as some preparations were not very appetizing, so by the end of our stay we preferred a restaurant for breakfast. The location was also not ideal; it sat in a narrow alley, making it difficult for vans and large cars to enter. Finally, the furniture was a bit worn and not very well made.

The villa was perfect for our party of seven. The rooms and living areas were very spacious, and the pool was a good size for swimming and playing with the kids. The staff were very attentive and looked after us each day. Mr Wayan and his team ensured we had everything we needed, doing so discreetly and professionally. I highly recommend Villa Umadahayu for large groups and families.
