“A Disappointing Stay at a Once-Great Hotel”
The location and pools of this hotel were definite highlights, but unfortunately, that's where the good news ended. My stay was marked by a sense of disappointment and disillusionment, as the hotel failed to live up to my expectations. Compared to my previous stay at the original Riviera Resort, this hotel seemed less hip and less updated, which was a major letdown. While the hotel still has its charms, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a more modern and exciting experience.
