Antonella’s service was exceptional—she was attentive at all times and provided comforts like breakfast, tea, and coffee. The only downside was that the area where you can unload luggage is a bit remote; it’s a zone where only residents can circulate, but it’s just a 4‑minute walk away.

The lady was very kind and caring, the room was clean, and the air‑conditioning worked; it’s located right in the historic centre. However, the building, mattresses and slats, bathroom, towels and sheets were all very, very old, and the Wi‑Fi kept dropping out.

Antonella was incredibly available and kind, and the room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed; I was pleasantly surprised by the option to have breakfast.
