The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The area is close to good restaurants, shops, the San Miguel market, and subway stations, making it a lively spot. If you’re a light sleeper, the hotel’s position on a busy street means you can hear police sirens a few times at night, but the rooms, location, and staff ultimately won us over.

The rooms and the breakfast area have excellent architecture, and the buffet is good and the place looks clean. The location is perfect, and the windows provide great sound insulation. The hotel looks worse from the outside than it actually is. There is no bar or rooftop terrace, but the metro and bus stop are right outside the hotel.
