We wanted a quiet spot close enough to town, and this little boutique motel fit the bill. The family running it went out of their way to welcome us, handled airport pickups and drop‑offs, and offered daily town drop‑offs if we wanted. They’re still adding touches to the motel, but we loved it as it is. The home‑style cooked meals were delicious, and the family made us feel genuinely welcome.

The location is a bit out of town but offers calm and authenticity. A free shuttle runs every hour. Our rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the bathroom was beautiful. The welcome was family‑friendly yet professional. Whenever we asked for help or advice on visits, the manager answered promptly. The breakfast was very good; I recommend trying the delicious waffles made on demand.

The room and bathroom were wonderful—spacious with a great shower, and the towels and sheets were clean and soft. The staff were very helpful and friendly; when we needed a doctor, they directed us to a great one. The shuttle was comfortable and great. Breakfast offered many choices, especially the waffles. The rooms feel like a hotel’s luxury, but the outside vibe is more hostel‑like—a perfect mix of comfort and chill. The pool area was a bit less attractive, but that didn’t bother us. We had a room without a window, but a nice terrace made up for it.

Mai and the family made my three nights in Chiang Mai memorable. The chicken red curry was excellent—spicy and delicious. The local temple is right next door, perfect for exploring and walking through the grounds before breakfast to see the sunrise. The rooms have excellent showers and air‑conditioning, ideal after a day out in Chiang Mai.

The hotel has huge, modern rooms, an amazing bathroom, and a very comfortable bed, and we got a great price—overall a good value. The main drawbacks are the location and lighting: the area feels a bit sketchy, and there’s almost nothing within walking distance, so you’ll need a taxi to go out. The outdoor areas are poorly lit at night, making the pool and other amenities feel uninviting after dark.
