The staff guided me through both check‑in and check‑out with politeness, which was very helpful. They also loaned me a bicycle for free, which was a great convenience. The location is beautiful and close to the station, making it very convenient. I’ll come back again.

The room was new and clean. I didn’t understand how to use the key at first, but the staff explained it carefully and that was a big help.

The place was really comfortable and cozy, with a clean bathroom and toilet. Self‑check‑in and check‑out mean you don’t have to meet any staff to finish, and the procedure is simple if you have the QR code or digit code in your email. The view outside is beautiful. The only downside is that there is only one bathroom and toilet; I didn’t have to wait for it, but it could be a bit troublesome during peak season.

I knew the arrival time would be late, but because it was self‑check‑in I could use it without worry. It’s less than a 10‑minute walk from the station, and although it’s not in the center of Hagi’s tourist area, there are restaurants nearby, so the location is good. The website had no photos or description, but the washroom and shower were separated by gender, which was convenient. The facilities are new, kept clean, and I recommend them.
