The only thing that mattered was the location. The room was tiny… I would have chosen another hotel. The restaurant and convenience store are all shut.

The place is well‑located and the beds are huge and comfortable. The floors needed vacuuming—the hallways were disgusting—and we even found some lollipop wrappers under the bed.

Unfortunately, there was no breakfast.

The beachside location is lovely and the balcony view of the sea is perfect. Between the hotel and the shore lies a beautiful pine forest with great walking paths. The quiet room is very large and bright, the bed comfortable, it has a kitchenette (though cooking is not allowed), a big fridge and everything else you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but their English is weak, as in most places in Korea. The value for money is poor; the room is overpriced and the property seems to have had better days, looking unkempt and worn. The lobby and the room were not especially clean, with dust, black hair in the bathroom (I’m blonde), and the microwave outside the lobby so dirty that I barely dared to touch and open the door. The sockets inside were totally dirty, the door had grease stains from hands, the walls were dirty and the hallway carpet even worse. I wonder if the light switches, etc., are disinfected or at least wiped before a new guest moves in. Rooms are not cleaned daily, which is okay, but they should be thoroughly cleaned when a guest checks out. The restaurant used to exist but no longer does, so breakfast is not possible.
