I found that my room lacked the usual kettle and other conveniences; probably I was mistaken and thought I was booking a motel.

They didn’t offer breakfast and there was nothing to like at all. There was no heating, the bedding was insufficient, and we had to sleep in our clothes because it was so cold. No staff were present when we arrived; they only showed up 20 minutes after the scheduled check‑in time. The accommodation was basically just a bedroom with communal dining, not a self‑contained retreat, and it felt like a waste of money—especially for a honeymoon. The gardens were overgrown with weeds, so we couldn’t see any garden at all.
