The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making me feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed.

I loved staying here - the metro is right nearby and there's a super cool shopping street with trendy stores just a short walk away. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and modern, but I did notice the window was pretty small.

The staff were really nice, even if they didn't speak any English, but I was a bit surprised that they didn't accept Visa or other cards like they said they would - I had to use Alipay or cash instead.

I was really looking forward to interacting with the robot, which was actually what made me choose this place, but unfortunately I didn't get to do that as much as I wanted.
