“It is a very nice hotel built too close to a very busy highway if you want a good nights sleep. .”
This hotel is quite nice: clean, modern, and the breakfast was average. However, it sits right next to highway 395, so the traffic noise kept us up all night. The staff did text us a quieter queen room before arrival, but we never saw it. We had stayed at the adjacent Hampton Inn and never had that noise, so we assumed it would be fine. In the morning we realized the Hampton Inn is a few hundred feet farther from the highway, which explains why we didn't hear traffic before. Had Comfort Suites disclosed the noise issue earlier, we wouldn’t have booked. All other aspects were good, but the lack of a quiet night ruined our stay. I even ran the blower continuously to drown out the traffic. Very disappointing.
It’s close to the freeway and everything else.
We always stay here with our family and everything is very family friendly; the pool and breakfast are huge wins. Nothing else was off—everything was perfect.
