The staff were friendly and everything met my expectations; nothing was missing.

The place looked clean and the room was okay, but the shared bathroom was not ideal, the room heaters didn't work so it was cold, and the water in Rustenburg is a problem so I won't blame them; they should provide warmer blankets in winter.

The front desk was friendly and welcoming, but the noise from other guests drinking and blasting loud music kept going all night.
