The room was dirty when we arrived, with a lot of moisture damage, but the front desk swapped it for a clean one quickly.
“Cumplió con lo esperado.”
There’s no restaurant, but the location near the malecón is great, and the facilities are clean though a bit rustic.
“Gran hotel para descansar”
The pool was perfect.
The place was quiet, had good Wi‑Fi and AC, but the staff were unprepared to give us local tips because of the language barrier; the building felt old, the bathroom sink was loose from the wall, and the cleaning was mediocre.
“Very Good”
They noticed my mom’s condition and moved her to a ground‑floor room so she could be comfortable.
