Although the hotel staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, the cleanliness of the room was inconsistent and the refrigerator was not functioning properly, which detracted from the overall experience.

The guest had a wonderful stay at the hotel, praising the warm welcome, kindness of the staff, cleanliness of the rooms, and quality of the services. However, they did encounter some difficulties with their reservation, as the simple rooms were no longer available and they had to upgrade to a suite. Overall, the guest was extremely satisfied with their experience.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, but the breakfast options were limited and not suitable for international travelers.
