The location was convenient, but the reception was rude, the parking guard demanded the key even though I had valuables in the car, and there was no welcome drink as advertised, so the stay fell short of expectations.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport, the helpful staff, and the excellent food made for a perfect stay.

The overall stay was consistently good, and the food was delicious, but the manager named Alan was particularly rude when I paid at check‑in.
