The restaurant is great and the location is great. The bathrooms are tired – limescale on the shower glass – and the extractor fan is very noisy, running 24/7. The communal stairwell is used as a dumping ground for dirty room‑service trays and broken fixtures.

The hotel's location is fantastic and the staff were really helpful. However, breakfast fell short - the selection was limited and it was chaos trying to get a cup of tea, with not enough tea pots to go around. It also felt like they didn't consider the needs of conference guests, with timings that clashed and service that couldn't keep up.

Great location, shame about the bathrooms - they could use a bit of an update. Being centrally located is a huge plus, but it's not all good. The bathrooms are a letdown. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for a convenient spot.

The breakfast selection was really good and the staff were super friendly and helpful - that's definitely a highlight. They seemed to go out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. No major complaints here, just a solid experience.
