The location is great, just a few steps from Piazza Cavour and Corso Garibaldi, and the best beaches on the Conero Riviera are only 10 km away, reachable by bus. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, the new bathroom is clean and functional. Street parking is available, the area feels quiet, and there’s a 24‑hour covered parking lot close by at Piazza Pertini.

I already mentioned in private how impressed I was by the professionalism and warmth of the staff, who provide full service and a family‑like touch, the place is spotless, full of comfort just steps from the center and all the amenities you look for… I’ll definitely come back and I praise the excellent management; the property has been restored in every detail.
