Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location and the people were great, and the rooms stayed spotless even with a dog inside. However, someone knocked on our door and shouted at night, spooking the dog and keeping him on edge for the rest of the evening—definitely not the hotel’s fault, just a single annoying incident.

The room was extremely comfortable.

The place was well‑located and affordable, but the beds and pillows were disappointing.

The room and lobby were clean overall, but the pillows felt like rocks and the mattress wasn’t as soft as we’d hoped; I also wished there were a bench or picnic table outside the building since it was a warm day.

The room was very clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view of the Bay, all at a reasonable price and with easy access; however, the toilet was way too low, making it hard for the baby boomer class reunion guests to get down and even harder to push up again.
