“Horrible stay”
I was initially impressed with the hotel's staff and the cleanliness of my room, but my experience quickly took a turn for the worse. The TV in my room wasn't working, and I had to help the maintenance person fix it. To make matters worse, the water was out for over five hours, which made it difficult for me to wash my hands. I'm extremely disappointed with the hotel's performance and won't be staying here again.
The location of this motel is excellent, but my stay was marred by a disappointing breakfast situation - I was told breakfast was included, only to find out it wasn't available.
“Stop hiding your billing policies!!”
The motel's proximity to restaurants, the freeway, and shopping was a major draw for me, but my stay was soured by a confusing billing issue. When I arrived, I was charged for my entire stay, and then I was charged a daily rate for each subsequent day. The front desk staff couldn't explain the discrepancy or provide a clear timeline for when I'd receive the additional funds. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider staying at this property for future fishing trips to Yuma.
I always find myself returning to the same motel in Yuma every time I visit, as I genuinely prefer the area over other options. The familiarity of this motel makes it a comforting choice for me.
