The room is clean and reasonably priced, but it sits right next to Khem beach.

The hotel sits in a superb spot, just 200 m from Khem beach, with a very good restaurant on‑site and a free bus to Hòn Thơm and the cable car, plus many shops and eateries nearby; however, the doors don’t block sound well, so you can hear everything happening in the hallway.
