The location is spot‑on for day trips to Innsbruck, Lake Constance, Liechtenstein and Switzerland, and the flat itself felt bright and welcoming with a balcony that gave gorgeous mountain views. The only annoyance was that every time we opened the door a bunch of flies flew in, so summer stays would really benefit from some screens. All in all, a great base for exploring the area.

The service across the board was solid – staff were friendly, responsive and got everything sorted without any hassle. I can’t think of anything that bothered me.

The owners were incredibly caring, always ready to answer my questions and greet us with a smile. The hotel is just a five‑minute walk from the bus stop, and a 15‑minute ride gets you to the Stuben lifts; the surroundings are quiet, the rooms clean and warm, with both a bed and a sofa for reading or stashing gear. Breakfast was varied and satisfying, and there’s a ski room on the lower floor; even though there’s no lift, the host helped me haul my suitcase upstairs.

The apartment matched the photos perfectly, and the host was courteous, even swapping out towels midway through our stay, which we liked. It’s a quiet building, though it’s a serviced unit so staff may pop in while you’re out. Unfortunately the advertised breakfast never appeared, there were no sheets on the bed, and the parking space is tight – we had to move the car one night. Still, the flat has its strong points despite those hiccups.

The Seeberger family were extremely attentive, making sure we had everything we wanted, and the breakfast covered all the basics. The location is convenient – just three minutes to the bus stop – and the ski cellar with shoe warmers was a real plus. The rooms show their age, yet they’re spotless and the bathroom has just been renovated, which made my stay fine overall.
