“2 giorni di relax e mare”
The location is excellent if you want to end your stay in Morocco after weeks of chaos; it’s about 20 minutes by car from Essaouira’s center, recommended for surf lovers who want to spend a few days on the board or just on the beach where umbrellas and loungers can be rented, in a much more European environment than the north of the country. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the place, about 6 minutes from the beach, offers a great sea view that is complemented by a stunning sunset in the evenings. The same property has several benches and loungers for relaxing moments. There is also a small pool open 24 hours, which we personally didn’t use, and you can use the fridge and a shared kitchen. Breakfast was simple, typical Moroccan and acceptable, while the rooms are mini‑apartments, rustic, but like the whole property they seem to need modernization. The room had separate spaces for the toilet and sink and shower, and the sink, which was practically inside the shower, was a bit small. Additionally, we had some water issues; sometimes after brushing our teeth the jet needed a few minutes to recharge. Nothing too debilitating. The host, very kind, is not very active in responses on the booking platform and pre‑arrival communications could be difficult.
