The building was spotless, the staff incredibly friendly and kind, everything was perfect! The value for money was excellent. Highly recommended!

La cordialità dell'accoglienza. La posizione eccellente in centro e a due passi dal mare. La tranquillità. Il personale sempre presente, cordiale e molto professionale. L'ineccepibile pulizia delle camere e il cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani. Non mi è piaciuto essere svegliato tutti i giorni dal vociare nei corridoi del personale di servizio alle 8.15 del mattino. Capisco l'efficienza, ma vacanza significa anche svegliarsi liberamente. The location was outstanding, even though not on the front line, just a short walk from the waterfront and the free bus stop that goes to Tortoreto Alta. A brief stroll brought us to the city centre and the station. The staff were very courteous and helpful, especially Alessandra and Angela, who were generous with advice and made us feel like family. One evening she even personally ensured we got a last‑minute table at a popular Tortoreto Alta venue. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and the cleanliness impeccable – I even saw one of the cleaning ladies tidy the stairwell handrail, which isn’t something you see every day. The studio for two was very spacious, the bed comfortable, and having a small kitchenette was a plus, but the real highlight was the balcony view: going to bed and waking up to the sea is priceless! The only improvement needed was the studio bathroom – although I liked that it had a window, the toilet seat kept “moving” from one side.
