I want to congratulate the whole hotel team for excellent service! I learned about the hotel from the security guard Jhonis, who was very attentive and gave me a lot of confidence in choosing it. I also want to give a special compliment to Deo and Jailson, who attended to me very well, always with great attention, politeness, and cordiality. The beds were a highlight – super comfy and supportive. The breakfast, however, left a lot to be desired; the spread was thin and the quality felt rushed. Overall, a solid stay if you’re not picky about the morning meal.

The room was spotless and the location was spot‑on, right near the main attractions. Unfortunately, the mattress was a bit too firm and the breakfast selection was underwhelming. Still, the clean environment made up for it.

Loved the staff’s friendliness, the overall cleanliness, and the breakfast – it was a nice touch. The mattress was a bit too hard for my taste, and there was a strong odor coming from the bathroom that lingered.
