Nothing good. No one was there to receive us, and it’s very far from the dunes of Rio São Francisco. Pay for accommodation and I didn’t stay.

Absolutely flawless. The place was cheap, comfy and the owner was super friendly and always ready to help. We loved every minute and are already planning another trip back. 💛

The ad made it sound like the dunes were right around the corner, but the property is actually about 50 km away. That distance was a big let‑down.

The river view was a nice bonus and the chalet looked cute and cozy at first glance. Unfortunately the place is way out in the sticks, far from the dunes, and we ran into an overbooking that left us with two rooms instead of the chalet we booked. One room was dirty and had no bathroom, the other had a bathroom but the shower was accessed via a huge, unsafe step that could easily cause a slip.
