The location was good, the parking was large, and the restaurant was very nice. In the bathroom, there were hair from previous guests in the sink and on the floor, which was disappointing. It would also help to clean the water drainage in the shower cabin and the sink.

The location is excellent and the parking is close by. The staff were polite and helpful, and the food was good. However, my room wasn’t clean; the trash bin still had rubbish from the previous guest.

The only thing worth mentioning is the neighboring hotel. We checked in at 20:7 and checked out at 21:7; the receptionist, regardless of whether it was afternoon, night or morning, was constantly busy with Instagram stories and asked for attention the first day. The so‑called “new standard” for a four‑star property in Mościcki was disappointing. We ended up in an unsupervised camp group despite contacting the front desk twice, which seemed to think the chaos on the floors was entertaining. The coach (trainer) only showed up after 22:00, far later than expected. The rooms were heavily worn out, making it a terrible place if you need proper rest on a business trip.
The hotel looks great, but the kitchens were surprisingly underprepared – not enough meat and the scrambled eggs were barely enough for the hour they were served. The youth program started at 9 am, so it’s wise to plan ahead, but overall it’s a beautiful place :)
