“Todo según lo descripto”

The room was comfortable with a street-facing window for ventilation, though it got a bit noisy at night. The pillow was too high for my taste. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, sugar, utensils, and cleaning supplies. The bathroom was very comfortable and large with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and big towels. We knew the bathroom was outside the room, but it was somewhat inconvenient at night. Note that the nightly rate per person could only be paid in cash.

“OK if you don't mind walking”

The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size for three adults traveling together. It was about a 20‑minute walk to the main train station and main attractions. We could only get Wi‑Fi working in the very small shared kitchen area, and the shower rose was faulty.

“Not recommend”

The location was fairly close to the city center, the kitchen was adequately equipped, and the neighborhood seemed quiet. However, the property didn’t match the pictures; the so‑called terrace was a dirty backyard that smelled like a drainage pipe (the bathroom sometimes did too), with too dirty chairs to use. The bathroom and shower weren’t properly cleaned, the shampoo from the previous client was still in the shower, the air filter in the bathroom was full of dust, Wi‑Fi worked in the common area but not in the room or terrace (cell service was also very bad in the building), the room was colder than outside even in the evening with no way to turn up the heat, the owner had a slightly arrogant attitude at check‑in and when contacted about the problems (he said to just use Wi‑Fi in the common room if it was an emergency and that there were 21 degrees in Florence when I told him it was colder inside than outside, and told me to turn up the AC even though I told him the AC doesn’t give hot air and was practically useless for heating the room). Overall a bad experience, disappointed by the difference between photos and reality and the lack of advertised amenities. I regretted choosing that place from day one and during the stay I tried to stay in the city as much as possible even if tired just because I dreaded returning to that place.

“Terrible experience”

The location was the only good thing about the place, but it was eclipsed by everything we had to deal with. Although the hotel said reception was available until 1 a.m., there was nobody there when we arrived at 00:30 a.m. Finding the hotel was extremely difficult. The main entrance door of the apartment building was locked, and after ringing the bell several times, a guest came out from inside and shouted at us, “There is nobody here. Why are you ringing the bell and disturbing us?” before going back inside. We tried to contact the hotel via WhatsApp using the phone number provided in the app. A woman we spoke to was extremely drunk. After waiting outside the hotel for about half an hour, she finally came to the entrance, still heavily intoxicated. We spent another 15 minutes trying to communicate with her while she was drunk. Eventually, we managed to get our room key and go to our room. Despite the late hour, the room was not even ready when we arrived.
