The staff were very accommodating and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do; the price was justified. Parking felt a bit congested, yet the staff handled our car carefully. The room’s soundproofing was a bit lacking, making it hard to maintain privacy.

The hotel sits nicely in Chinatown, and the room was clean and well maintained. Jayson at reception was very helpful and a credit to the hotel. However, the room could use personal touches like pictures and ornaments to feel less cold and clinical. Breakfast was dreadful: the food was cold and unpleasant, there were no fresh juices or cereal, and at one point I counted 11 staff members in the breakfast area—like trying to eat in a zoo cage.

The room was large with a nice shower, and the staff were kind. The breakfast was good. The area is a crazy part of town, making it difficult to walk around, which was unexpected for us but perhaps typical.

The staff were great, and the hotel can be excellent—3 stars! Breakfast lacked attention: the buffet was supposed to finish at 10 am, but at 9 am everything was empty, there were no refills even though guests were still arriving, and the water in rooms wasn’t replaced.

Close to both the city and the airport, the staff were super friendly—they even rang us to say we would miss breakfast, then arranged delivery to our room, a first for me. The hotel was very clean and the rooms lovely, though the street it was on wasn’t great.
