“Vacaciones recordando mi etapa universitaria!”
The staff are friendly and helpful. I liked the location near the old town, Main Street, and the harbor. The services offered are exactly what you get, and the cleaning is excellent. The water came out muddy, and when I asked, they said they were cleaning or fixing it that week. The bathroom is spotless and the shower is great; the water quality doesn’t affect that.

The area is quiet, the train station is a 5‑minute walk and the city centre with all its attractions is reachable in 10‑15 minutes on foot. The room is clean and there are vending machines for coffee and snacks. The reception staff are not welcoming and extremely rude, speaking only Spanish; if you ask them to repeat something they get annoyed. They then only escorted me to the room without giving any information (I found the vending machines myself by wandering the hotel). The room was very hot because the air‑conditioning was not turned on to “prepare” it for a guest, making the first hour unbearable; opening the door to the terrace automatically turned the air off. I stayed 3 days and the room was never cleaned. There was no fridge, no hangers in the wardrobe, only two tissues and two sachets of shampoo and body wash. The area is convenient for walking around the city, but although it’s close to the centre it’s in a very isolated zone with no restaurants or bars nearby, so going out at night isn’t very safe for a solo female traveler.
The place is well situated, the price is reasonable, and the Wi‑Fi is free. However, our first room had a lot of sewage flies, so we were moved to another room that had many ants. The walls were dirty, a receptionist entered the room without knocking and had the wrong room, and there was an unpleasant odor. Because of the insects, I wouldn’t return.

Josué, the receptionist, is very nice and friendly to everyone. The rooms are comfortable and the bed is good. The only downside is that there is no place to hang a swimsuit or towels to dry.
