Getting to the hotel was easy. The property is old but beautifully decorated, and Sahil and Sushant were very helpful and polite. The building needs proper ventilation because Shimla isn’t cold all year; each room should have fans so guests can use them. The room felt suffocating from the heat, and opening all the windows brought flies and mosquitoes—two flies kept bothering us. The carpets were very dirty, and the front‑desk staff were rude during check‑in.

Best Location. Staff is supportive. Good Food at Hotel too. Specious room & Toilets. Toilets & towels provided should be cleaner than the existing one

The meals were decent. However, in the early mornings the bathroom had water problems that caused a lot of trouble; we had to alert the staff and wait for them to fix it.
