The location and reception staff were outstanding, but the stairs were scary and there was no lift, making it hard for older guests.

The hotel’s location is very good, a stone's throw from People’s Square, very close to the metro stop and generally very central. Over three nights they never changed my room or the sheets, only gave me toilet paper, towels to dry and drinking water, the bathroom was never clean, the toilet was broken, I paid far too much for the service provided by this hotel and I feel compelled to strongly advise against it.

Everything is modest…! Photos look better than life! But! If just one night…for me that's fine…! To the main street 3/5 minutes! Towels can be replaced already!!! I think! Guys! Take a photo of the entrance and the street! Because finding it is impossible.!!!! No internet!

The location is good. The toilet and shower floor are connected so the toilet gets wet when showering.
