I stayed at an ultra‑luxury pousada that was perfect for a private, relaxing getaway, with flawless service from every staff member who were all extremely polite, helpful, and efficient. The facilities were super elegant, and the Oasis bungalow was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a delightful pool. The restaurant served delicious food. Nothing was lacking!

The resort doesn’t serve any typical beach cuisine, and the tapas were very disappointing; they also don’t take good care of the animals that wander around. The bright side is the breakfast and, of course, the scenery! The only downside is the snacks and overall food quality.

The room was wonderful—exceeded my expectations and we loved everything! I have no complaints, only that the hotel lacks a spa and sauna.

The staff were excellent, especially Luciana and Pedro who worked tirelessly to meet our needs; the management team was also special for allowing us to change rooms, which enhanced our stay. Their animal‑friendly approach—from capuchins to cats and dogs—was admirable, showing a proactive and exceptional care attitude. The massage team was exemplary, and we had three sessions in one week. The restaurant’s kitchen is very good and the coffee service is very well attended. The beach isn’t as charming as I had hoped, and the facilities still need a more proactive preventive maintenance team. We encountered several issues: the toilet was already broken when we entered the first bungalow, some burnt or non‑working lights were only partially fixed, and we were not given instructions on how to use the accommodation pools.
