I ordered food at 6:00 PM via the scanner, but it didn’t arrive until 8:00 PM, and I had to come down twice to check – first they said the order was missed, then they delayed it again.

Location. Not very clean all the rubbish was pushed under the bed and started coming out when I put fan on. Also it was a shared kitchen with another apartment in same flat which was not clear to me when i booked . No tea even at 8 am when I asked for . The staff was there but they said we can give you only after 8.30-9
