Great value for money and the staff were friendly, with a sublime breakfast! 👍 I almost forgot to mention the huge, super comfy French bed.

The staff definitely made a difference; the reception lady was exceptional! I felt at home, thank you. The proximity to the highway was a downside, but the property is well sound‑proofed, so I slept very well.

A big parking lot in the courtyard was provided, and the room itself was very spacious. The furnishings were fairly rustic, but the Italian breakfast was nice and the staff were extremely friendly. On the downside, the room wasn’t cleaned well, the bathroom was a bit dingy, there was a lot of mold in the shower, the taps were quite rusty, and the toilet had no seat cover.

The breakfast was delicious, and the location right in the forest made for a great base for exploring the area; a half‑hour drive took you to Saint Martin, Frejus, and Saint Raphael. The only downside was the mosquitoes.
