The owner let me check in four hours early, which was a huge help after a 6 am bus arrival in Bangkok; the room and private bathroom were clean. As usual in SE Asia, you can hear noise from neighboring rooms—bring ear plugs.

The location is less than a 5‑minute walk to Chinatown, a solid plus. Unfortunately, the bathroom was unclean, the hair drain was clogged, the sink was dirty, and the sheets were never changed, leaving the room in a bad state. Nobody came to tidy up during my stay, except on the first day when I requested new linens.

The accommodation is just under 5 minutes on foot from Chinatown, which is great. However, the bathroom was dirty, the hair drain clogged, the sink was filthy, and the sheets hadn’t been changed, so the room felt unclean. No one came to clean up during my stay except on the first day when I asked for fresh linens.
